Terms of payment for private individuals are currently card payments. For corporate customers, the options are card payment or invoice (after review and approval).

We do our best to deliver your goods as quickly as possible but we reserve ourselves for any delays in delivery.

If you regret a purchase, we usually write a credit note if the product(s) are returned unused and in original packaging. Please note that the right of withdrawal will not apply to customized goods.

In general, we offer a 12 month warranty when ordering standard products. Always report any complaints as soon as possible. In case you have a complaint, you must return the defective product for inspection. Any issues that derive from external influences will be considered as improper use of the product. This will not be compensated. Returns are shipped at your own expense unless the item is defective or faulty packaged.
