Terms of Sales
  
  • All price lists are in currency USD per unit and at ordered quantity. If requested we can also sell and invoice in other currency.
  • Price lists are based on items if available in stock at our Stockholm facility Sweden excluding costs for delivery. In case for an item or quantity not in stock price lists will remain except for extra cost added to cover postage and expedition from the factory depending on weight and destination of delivery.
  • Payment terms are advance or 10 or 30 days net upon approved credit
  • Method of payment is against invoice sent by postal mail, fax or e-mail. Details for our bank account is printed on the invoice.
  • Way of payment is by normal bank SWIFT or by postal check. To cover bank charges for each order we add USD 15 for payments by SWIFT and USD 30 for payment by check.
  • For orders below USD 100 we add USD 15
  • Advance payment orders will be cancelled after 7 days if not shown paid. To renew a cancelled order there is a 50 USD sure charge.
  • We make reservation for change of price lists and terms of sales and delivery without prior notice.
